I have been using this cover for over the past 10 years. I have bought a new one around every three years. It is an awesome shade and rain protection for our deck. Love it.

    Super Max 18' x 30' review

The canopy cover is ample size and has very good attachments spaced at reasonable distances. I live in a high sun area and the extra UV protection is a must, though I find I only get eighteen (18) months life from the cover. I believe that an extra reinforced strip two or three feet wide that runs the length down the middle of the cover would prolong its like. Sun damage along the top pipe support area from sun and wind causes the cover to eventually split along this top support. Once it begins to tear it is doomed to failure in strong winds.

In shady areas I believe the cover may last significantly longer. But my experience in full sun is as stated above. Bill Evans
